Achitex S.r.l has been producing chemical specialties and auxiliaries for the Textile Industry since 1981.
With its distinct policy to expand its know-how, its range of products and services on offer and their presence on world markets, over the years Achitex has bought and integrated a variety of specialisations in different application sectors amongst which the most important was in 2006 with the acquisition of one of the leading companies in Textile printing and Pigment dispersions: Minerva S.p.a.
With the aim of offering to Customers an adequate Technical and Commercial service, a fully integrated Logistic service and a wide range of products for almost all applications, on January 1st 2010 all activities of Achitex and Minerva has been merged in a new Company named Achitex Minerva S.p.a.
The requirements of Industries, characterised by increasing competitiveness, make it necessary a high standard in services to the Customers and the vocation to innovation; that´s the driving force behind Achitex Minerva to invest into Research & Development.
